Everything you ever wanted to know about challenging HIV criminalisation: The HIV Justice Academy

Join us for an engaging, interactive session where we will discuss the realities of HIV criminalisation and explore successful strategies to limit or end unjust laws and prosecutions for HIV non-disclosure, potential or perceived exposure, or unintentional transmission.

We hope that by the end of the session participants know what HIV criminalisation is, where it happens, and how to challenge laws or prosecutions.

We will share the tools and strategies that have been developed and used by the HIV Justice Network and our HIV JUSTICE WORLDWIDE coalition partners that provide the strong foundations to start and maintain an HIV decriminalisation campaign.

We hope participants will be inspired to use and share the tools, and to engage in making HIV justice a reality for all people living with HIV.
