Edwin J Bernard been living with HIV since 1983 and is the founding executive director of the HIV Justice Network. HJN is global advocacy organisation that plays an essential leadership role in combatting HIV criminalisation and convening diverse partners through the HIV JUSTICE WORLDWIDE coalition to resist punitive legal and public health responses to people living with HIV.
