Seum Sophal, was born in 1974 in Siem Reap which is the province of Angkor Wat Temple, One of the Seven Wonders of the World. I worked with various companies since 1996, in 2013, I moved to Phnom Penh, from 2013-2023 worked with Cambodian people living with HIV network (hereafter referred as to CPN+) as program manager, and from 2024 hold position with Health Action Coordinating Committee (HACC) as FoNPAMs Officer (Joint Forum of PHIVs Network and KPs Network. My most impressive work was U=U Campaign.
